Membership Rules

NetworkDada memberships are exclusive and governed by the following rules:

• Professional Exclusivity: One category per Circle per active member (hard rule, enforced at submission).
• Membership Approval: Only Admissions Council can approve. Any 1 council member can approve; minimum 2 must agree to reject.
• Member Review Trigger: If RINGS Score falls below 40 for 2 consecutive quarters, member is notified and may face review.
• New Member Grace Period: First 28 days excluded from RINGS calculation.
• Admissions Council Quorum: 1 to approve, 2 to reject any membership application.

VCOB (Verified Closed Business)

VCOB is the value of verified business facilitated through NetworkDada connections. The following rules apply:

• Dual Confirmation: Mandatory. Both referrer and referee must confirm the business value.
• Confirmation Window: Referrer has 21 days to confirm. Reminders sent at days 7, 14, and 21.
• Auto-Confirmation: After 21 days with no response, VCOB auto-confirms with a self-reported flag.
• Director Earnings: Directors earn venue/membership fees only. VCOB is transacted directly between members and generates zero income for the Circle Director or NetworkDada platform.

Guest Visit Limit

Non-members may attend Circle meetings as guests under strict conditions:

• Visit Limit: Maximum 2 visits per calendar year across all Circles.
• Reset: Visit counter resets January 1st each year.
• Approval Required: Each guest visit requires Circle Director or Admissions Council approval.
• Profile Permanence: Guest profiles are permanent. Same guest cannot create multiple profiles to exceed the 2-visit limit.
• Promotion Path: Guest accounts can be promoted to member, committee member, or director roles.

RINGS Score

RINGS measures member accountability across 5 dimensions:

• R (Referrals): 1 point per referral given + 2 point bonus if VCOB confirmed. Max 20 points.
• I (Introductions): 3 points per Connect facilitated + 5 point bonus if VCOB results. Max 20 points.
• N (Network): 2 points per completed Connect. Max 20 points.
• G (Growth): 4 points per CEU module completed. Max 20 points.
• S (Show-up): Present=2 pts, Late=1 pt, Absent=0 pts, Excused=2 pts. Max 20 points.
• Total: Max 100 points. Below 40 for 2 consecutive quarters triggers review.

Fee Structure & Refund Policy

• Member Registration: ₹14,999 one-time, non-refundable.
• Venue/Membership Fee: ₹2,499 minimum per month, collected by Circle Director. NetworkDada platform receives zero cut.
• Circle Formation Fee: Non-refundable. SEED ₹24,999 / GROWTH ₹49,999 / SCALE ₹79,999 / ELITE ₹1,24,999.
• Annual Circle Platform Fee: SEED ₹14,999 / GROWTH ₹29,999 / SCALE ₹49,999 / ELITE ₹74,999. Pro-rated on downgrade or early termination.
• Circle Downgrade: Director choice only. Formation fee non-refundable. Platform fee pro-rated on remaining tenure.

Venue Fee & Circle Director Rights

Circle Directors collect and retain all venue fees (₹2,499/month per member). NetworkDada has zero claim on venue fees. Directors are responsible for:

• Facilitating monthly meetings and maintaining Circle Health Index (CHI).
• Managing membership applications through the Admissions Council.
• Enforcing professional exclusivity (one category per member per circle).
• Reporting VCOB and tracking RINGS scores.
• Approving or denying guest visit requests.

Account Termination & Data

• Voluntary Exit: Members can request account termination at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Removal by Circle Director: Allowed for rule violations or inactivity, with written reason provided.
• Data Retention: User data is never hard-deleted. Member records, RINGS history, VCOB confirmations, and guest profiles are soft-deleted (retained permanently for audit and future re-admission).
• Data Deletion Requests: PII can be anonymized on written request, except VCOB records (required for accuracy).

NetworkDada's Right to Suspend Service

NetworkDada reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate member accounts for violation of these terms.
• Freeze or remove Circles for non-payment of platform fees or serious rule breaches.
• Moderate or remove VCOB records found to be fraudulent or non-business-related.
• Update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
